Isn't is great to be able to give back to your community?
We think so!
That's why Metro Richmond, VA framers have joined together to Frame For Good.
This is a collaboration of professional custom framing retailers working together collecting food and funds during the entire month of October for the Central Virginia Food Bank.
We are calling our first food drive...."Will Frame For Food".
Check out the list of shops and see what they are doing to encourage your donations.
It can add up to major savings!
October also happens to be National Art & Framing Month so it is a great time stop in participating shops to see all they have in store and maybe get some ideas for holiday gift giving.
The food drive also coincides with Tru Vue®‘s Museum Glass Feeds America sweepstakes promotion.
Stop in one of the participating shops (hopefully when you are dropping off your food donation...) and scratch off your free entry form for your chance to win. A cash prize of up to $500 could be yours!
The best thing about the promotion is that for every submitted entry, $5 goes to www.FeedingAmerica.org, the nation wide organization connected to the Central Virginia Food Bank!
These efforts are all designed to allow all of us to Frame For Good and make a difference on behalf of the Central Virginians now struggling with hunger.
